Return Policy
Global Technology Solutions Inc will be happy to accept your returns back if they are returned within 20 day after purchase and unopened. Electronic items are NON-REFUNDABE, some HON office products are NON-REFUNDABLE when shipped from the distributor.
Please ensure you keep all your original packaging to receive a refund. You are responsible for all shipping charges and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Some distributors charge a restocking fee - Be sure to ask about restocking fees for some manufacturer) - be sure to inquire with customer service if you have a question about this before ordering. Restocking fee may be taking out of your returned funds.

STEP # 1 - PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR ITEM.
Global Technology Solutions must complete your return authorization prior to sending your item back so we must have from you the following information.
- Your Order Number
- Item/Item number of the product(s) you’d like to return
- Quantity of items you’d like to return
- Return reason – Defective, Damaged, Wrong Item, etc.
- Condition of the products (opened or unopened)
All Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice “MUST” be reported in 48 hours without exception. It is your responsibility to check your order is complete upon receipt.
We will reply to your request within one business day with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to ship your return.
Please do not ship products to our office location. Instead be sure to ship to the warehouse included with your RA email.
When shipping returns to the warehouse it is our suggestion that you use a carrier providing proof of delivery such as UPS or FedEx.
We will not accept a return without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA). There will be “NO” exceptions
RETURN CREDIT - Please provide us up to 3 weeks to for returns to be processed and credit issued especially if there are credit card orders. Keep in mind, there’s a processing time which the items must be received back to the warehouse, validated for condition and place back on the shelf and in the system. In addition, we must process orders back in accordance with our distributor’s policies which may take a little while – so! Please be patient!
